My Promises
I will work with, listen to and involve all groups in the decision making process from creation and development through implementation and feedback. Communitty stakeholders need to feel valued and heard. I want to make this the status quo in Arlington.
I will ask that APS engage in a system-wide review of organizational alignments and structures to find efficiencies in our operations with a focus on maximizing instructional efficacy and reducing expenditures in areas that do not support this.
I will ask the Superintendent to initiate and complete a system wide review of communication processes and solicit feedback from all groups in the orbit of APS with a goal towards reforming this process to make them more collaborative, more responsive, more targeted and clear.
